We all have questions. Here are a few of the most frequently asked ones to help make your purchase a little bit easier.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

  • How secure is this store?
This store uses Paypal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

  • Do I have to use Paypal?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

  • How long do I have to wait for delivery?
We dispatch our merchandise using the Royal Mail in the UK. So you should expect to receive your order within 3-4 business days of the item shipping. Please note orders placed during public holidays make take longer to be delivered.

We will happily send your order Recorded Delivery for extra security. If you require this service please include a note with your order. As the items are sent Recorded Delivery a signature will be required upon receipt.

  • Do you deliver overseas?
We'll happily dispatch merchandise worldwide using the Royal Mail Airmail delivery service. Deliveries in the EU and Worldwide will take a little longer than UK ones.


  • Will these items fit me?
If you're unsure what size to order just visit our size chart page.

  • Argh! There's something wrong with my order. What do I do?
First of all don't panic. We'll do our best to rectify the issue.

If the item doesn't fit please contact us with the correct size you require. Upon receipt of the item we will dispatch one that fits. (We'll tell you where to send it when you contact us)

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you will be able to return it to us (at your expense) within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement product (shipped at our expense). This does not effect your statutory rights.
